As part of the IT-Tooling team, I worked on the maintenance and testing of new and old features of an in-house developed self-service portal. This portal was used for requesting licenses such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. The goal was to automate the entire self-service portal so that teams from other departments no longer had to manually send emails to project managers to request software licenses. To achieve this goal, I collected user requirements and translated them into use cases, which I then developed using React, TypeScript, LoopBack, and PostgreSQL. As a result of the self-service portal, (development) teams of SSC-ICT were able to set up their development environment faster than before. The project contributed to the improvement of the efficiency and quality of SSC-ICT's services, which ultimately led to higher customer satisfaction.

Young Sogeti Cleanup App

The app promotes sustainability by encouraging users to participate in the CleanUp Event. Users can take pictures before and after cleaning their environment, score points, and view them in a leaderboard.
